For creators
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. There is no follower minimum. Each brief shows its requirements before you join.
Why do I need to connect my accounts?
It lets Kello read real view counts from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Pages. Kello never asks for your password.
Why was my submission rejected?
The reason appears on the submission in your workspace. Usually the post missed something the brief required, came from an unconnected account, or showed fake engagement.
How do I get paid?
Rewards reach your wallet when the brand finishes reviewing and closes the campaign. Once your balance reaches the minimum, withdraw to Telebirr or CBE.
Are there fees on my earnings?
Yes. Kello deducts a service fee from creator earnings.

What does a campaign cost?
You set the budget and the rate, with no subscription. Unused budget stays in your wallet, and withdrawing it has a small processing fee shown before you confirm.
How are views verified?
Views are read directly from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and the brand reviews every video before the campaign closes and pays out.
Can an agency run campaigns for several clients?
Yes. Each client keeps its own wallet, campaigns and history.
