1. Before you start
To take part in Kello campaigns you need to:
- be at least 18 years old;
- hold only one Kello account — one person, one account;
- post from social accounts that you own and control.
There is no follower minimum to sign up. Some campaigns are matched to a region, language or topic, and each brief lists its own requirements.
2. Set up your profile
Sign up with Google, Telegram or email and choose creator. Start with your name and date of birth. From your profile, add the details brands use to find the right people: your city and region, the languages you post in, the formats you make and the topics you cover.
Keep these accurate. Matched campaigns check them before you can join, and brands look at them when they send invitations.
3. Connect your accounts
Connect TikTok, Instagram or a Facebook Page through the platform's own sign-in screen. This is how Kello reads the real view count on the posts you submit. Typing a username is not enough to track views.
Kello never asks for your social media password or a login code. If anyone asks you for one in Kello's name, do not share it and tell us at [email protected].
4. Find a campaign
Campaigns reach you in three ways:
- Open campaigns — any eligible creator can join.
- Matched campaigns — the brand targets a region, city, age range, language, format or topic; you can join when your profile fits.
- Invitations — a brand picks you directly. Accept or decline from Invitations in your workspace.
Before you join, read the whole brief: the reward, the platforms it pays on, the deadline, any cap per video, and the must-include and must-avoid points.
5. Make and post your content
Every campaign gives you a brief: the message, any footage or talking points from the brand, and the rules. Turn it into your own video, in your voice and language. Before you post:
- include every line, hashtag, mention or link the brief requires;
- stay away from anything the brief lists as off-limits;
- label the post as sponsored or a paid partnership, the way the platform asks;
- post from a connected account, publicly, before the deadline.
6. Submit the link
Copy the public link to your post and paste it into the campaign in your workspace. That link is your submission: Kello tracks its views from the platform from then on, so you never send screenshots. Keep the post up and public while the campaign is running.
7. Review and payment
Depending on the campaign, your submission is reviewed against the brief before it can earn, or it earns on verified performance directly. Rejected submissions show the reason in your workspace.
The end date stops new submissions, then the brand finishes reviewing and closes the campaign. Closing moves your reward straight to Available, ready to withdraw.
8. Withdraw your earnings
Add a payout account in Earnings — Telebirr or CBE. When your available balance reaches the minimum shown there, request a withdrawal. Each request is verified before the money is sent, and you can follow its status in Earnings.
Kello deducts a service fee from creator earnings to run the platform. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. The full rules are in the Creator terms.
9. What gets submissions removed
These remove a submission and can close your account:
- buying views, followers, likes or comments, or using bots or view-swap groups;
- boosting or running ads on a campaign post without the brand's written approval;
- submitting someone else's post, or a post from an account that is not yours;
- holding more than one Kello account.
Earnings found to come from any of these can be reversed, even after payout.
